This is the latest cymbidium try-out. Cupcake iced in fondant ……. one green cymbidium orchid made with love by me in flower (gum) paste….. The other made by Mother Nature.
This is a perfect birthday cupcake idea for a retired University Botany lecturer. Such a wonderful orchid and I still cannot believe it is sugar. And believe me I have looked at it very closely.
